Ms Christine Dickson (Chair of the Board)
Christine is the Managing Director of CEFM (Centre for Education and Finance Management) which is a national schools advisory service led by solicitors, accountants and educational practitioners.

Ms Lucy Guilfoyle
Lucy is a former social worker of 36 years and NHS community mental health team manager. In addition, she has previously managed social workers in private sector forensic and adolescent units. She has extensive mental health and safeguarding experience in various London boroughs as well as private and public healthcare. She is also an experienced school governor.

Ms Apinder Sidhu
Apinder has worked in education for over 20 years supporting school improvement, extended services, community and education development and relationship/stakeholder building. Apinder is also a Youth Impact and Education Coach and supports young people as they transition through school, college and into future pathways. Apinder has been a Governor at 爱游戏电竞 since 2010 and is an alumni which is the reason she came back to serve the community she comes from.

Mrs Dippy Kharaud
Dippy is a freelance journalist having recently left the BBC as Head of Current Affairs in London. During her time at the BBC, Dippy mentored young people from diverse backgrounds and set-up high profile schemes to help disadvantaged young people get their first break into journalism. For the last ten years, she has combined her role as a journalist with sitting as a magistrate in Northwest London, both in the adult and Youth Courts. She was recently appointed by the Lord Chief Justice as a Diversity and Community Relations Magistrate and visits schools and colleges across London talking to students about the judicial system. Dippy went to school in Southall and strongly believes all children should be given the chance to achieve their potential.

Mr Shahbaz Haider (Director of Finance & Operations)
Shahbaz is the Director of Finance and Operations for the Trust. Shahbaz has 13 years’ experience in Education Finance, firstly with Luton LA supporting 70 schools, then with 爱游戏电竞 from 2011 leading the conversion process to a Single Academy Trust and thereafter leading the conversion process to a Multi Academy Trust in 2016. Shahbaz has led many successful projects during his time with the Trust, with particular focus on transition, budgets and delivery. Shahbaz is also very experienced in supporting other schools with projects, and is a keen advocate of working together to share best practice and achieve economies of scale.

Mr Nathan Walters (Executive Headteacher)
Nathan started at 爱游戏电竞 in January 2023. Prior to this, Nathan was the Headteacher of a South London School for five years after being an Acting Headteacher at another school and a Deputy Headteacher. In total Nathan has been in education for over 20 years; Featherstone being his fifth school. Nathan has been on the senior team in four schools. Nathan has also been a governor at a high performing primary school for the last six years.

Cllr David Millican
David is a local Councillor with a keen interest in education. He is a Director of the award winning social enterprise Cultivate London. His professional background is in marketing.

Dr Jan Moorhouse
Jan is an Academy Programme Director for Post Graduate Programmes at Roffey Park Institute, an independent research and education charity that specialises in leadership, change management and organisational development. Prior to her appointment at Roffey Park in September 2022, Jan was Head of Learning and Teaching at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Roehampton. 她在高等教育有着丰富的经验, holding senior lecturer positions at University of Hertfordshire and the University of West London. Jan is also an experienced school governor.

Mr Zak Muneer
Zak is the Chief Operating Officer at LHC a not for profit purchasing consortium specialising in public sector procurement solutions. Zak is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a keen contributor to schools careers awareness days.

Ms Fiona Oakley
Fiona is an experienced and highly effective English and literacy consultant who works across both the primary and secondary phase. She has huge expertise in developing and implementing literacy strategies in schools to raise attainment and help close the gap for disadvantaged students. Fiona is committed to a collaborative approach and encourages teachers and schools to work together, sharing best practice to support students to access the school curriculum. She is currently working with the National Literacy Trust and Ealing School Effectiveness Service.
